Concealed Weapons Licensing
Emergency CWL Renewal Information
Due to the emergency closure of the Blaine County Annex Building in Hailey, Blaine County Driver’s Services and DMV remain closed. To assist those members of our community that need CWL renewal information, we are providing the following available method of renewal. Please note that new licenses cannot be issued at this time.
Concealed Weapon Permits can be renewed on the Idaho State Police website: https://isp.idaho.gov/bci/concealed-weapons/ by downloading and mailing a renewal form to Blaine County Drivers Services with the renewal fee ($37.85). Although we are not open to the public, it will get processed and entered into the system. The issuance of the permit will have to wait until the County Annex opens back up but it will get updated in the system. If you wait to renew your CWL, you have three months from the expiration date to renew without having to go through the whole process again.
We will continue to update the public as new information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
