On April 6, 2021, at approximately 2:15 p.m., Blaine County Sheriff deputies made a traffic stop on Main Street in Bellevue, Idaho.
Upon stopping the vehicle, deputies observed drug paraphernalia in plain view located in the front console, which led to a search of the vehicle. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, Jacob Emil Bunce, age 34, of Hailey, Idaho was subsequently arrested for one felony count of Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine, I.C. 37-2732 (C)(1), and one misdemeanor count of Possession of Paraphernalia with Intent to Use, I.C. 37-2734A(1). In addition to the paraphernalia, approximately 5 grams of methamphetamine was seized in the arrest.
Bunce is in the custody of the Blaine County Detention Center pending arraignment at 1:30 p.m. today in Magistrate Court.
