The Blaine County Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested two men for trafficking methamphetamine last week.
On Tuesday, June
29, 2021, at approximately 8:14 a.m., Juan Ramirez-Martinez, age 39 of Bellevue, ID, was arrested on a warrant for one felony count of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, I.C. 37-2732B(a)(4)(A). Ramirez-Martinez was arraigned in Blaine County Magistrate Court on Tuesday and later released on a $30,000 bond. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 12, 2021.

In an unrelated case, Kelly D. Webb, age 35, was arrested by NET detectives at his residence in Bellevue, Idaho, on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at approximately 7:40 p.m., on a warrant for two felony counts of Trafficking Methamphetamine, I.C. 37-2732B(a)(4)(A). During a search incident to arrest, additional controlled substances were located on Webb’s body, and an additional felony count of Possession of
Methamphetamine, I.C. 37-2732C1 was added to Webb’s warrant charges.
Webb was arraigned in Blaine County Magistrate Court on Friday, July 2, 2021. Webb was released from the Blaine County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 12, 2021.
