  2. In compliance with Blaine County Resolution No.2014-28, this form must be submitted to the Treasurer within thirty (30) days after the date upon which payment of the property taxes become due.

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
    In the event that the taxpayer is dissatisfied with the decision to the Board of County Commissioners. The notice of appeal must be filed with the Board of County Commissioners not more than fourteen (14) calender days after the date of mailing of the Treasurer's decision, and shall state with particularity the basis for the tax payers dissatisfaction with the Treasurer's decision.

The Board of County Commissioners shall hear the appeal , not more than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the taxpayer's notice of appeal, and shall provide the taxpayer and the Treasurer with written notice of the time, date and place of said hearing at least five (5) days prior to the hearing, unless the parties agree to a shorter period of time. The Board shall render a decision on the appeal within seven (7) business days after the hearing and shall provide written notice of its decision to the taxpayer and to the Treasurer. The decision of the Board of County Commissioners shall be final.
